UCTS signed MoU with Estream MSC Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred as E Stream). E Stream is a software developer providing applications namely accounting and payroll software for businesses in Malaysia and around the Asian region. The company has two flagship products called SQL Account & SQL Payroll that are used by more than 170,000 companies in Malaysia. SQL Account has been appointed by many universities as the accounting software of choice to be part of their accountancy course. This accounting application will be embedded in accounting subjects particularly for Accounting Information System course. Thus, UCTS students will be trained and benefited with appropriate computerized accounting skills through this partnership.
On 20th and 21st of July, 2018, nine SBM academic staff attended the training session provided by E Stream regarding the initial setup & training of SQL Account and SQL Payroll.
