Quality Use of Medicine – Consumer (QUM-C) programme is a national project under Bahagian Amalan dan Perkembangan Farmasi, Ministry of Health Malaysia. This programme was first introduced to support the 4th key component of National Drug Policy (DUNAS) – Quality use of Medicine. The main objective is to improve consumers’ understanding and knowledge alongside educating the consumers on the rational use of medicines.
