On 26 October 2023, the School of Business and Management in collaboration with the Sarawak Palm Oil Plantation Owners Association (SOPPOA) successfully conducted a sharing session with UTS undergraduate students. The sharing session was conducted by our esteemed speakers Dr Felix Moh and Mr Richard Cheang representing SOPPOA.
More than 300 students turned up for the event. The event provides the students with an opportunity to get to know the Malaysian palm oil industry and the potential job opportunities and career prospects in the industry.
We want to express our utmost gratitude to our speakers Dr Felix Moh and Mr Richard Cheang for travelling to Sibu for the knowledge-sharing and interaction with our students. We truly appreciate the presence and support of our lecturers and students who attended and contributed to the event’s success. We hope this event has benefited all the participants.
