The gap between the skills people learn and the skills people need is becoming more obvious, as traditional learning falls short of equipping us with the knowledge we need to thrive. Today’s job candidates must be able to be aware of the rapid changes in the global management system and business practice in a broader perspective in dealing with organisational change and procedural issues. When it comes to internationalization, with the distinctive rise of digital technologies, effective and systematic strategies in dealing with rapid changes in global management systems and business practices have given rise to attention.

We are honoured to invite experienced associate professors from Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU), Taiwan and leaders from different industries to share with us what the current shifts mean, specifically for the role of big data in business, businesses in financial markets, employment, skills and recruitment across industries and geographies in order to support 21st competencies and deal with the current global workforce.

Everyone is invited to join this forum hosted by the School of Business and Management.
