A group of 40 students led by the Associate Professor, Dr. Mohd Zainal Munshid Harun, participated in the industrial visit to TokuYama (M) Sdn. Bhd in Bintulu . Others that joined were Miss Sim Siew Ling, Dr Razali Shahul Hameed, Dr. Lau Hieng Soon, Winifred Swin and Mr Khairoul Hussen. The students were briefed on various aspects of the company such as the company’s core activities, safety requirements, product qualities and the career prospects with the company.

Objectives:

• To expose the students to a real working environment especially the aspects of business and management of the organization and to bridge the students to the industry.
• To develop a link between UCTS and the industry for possible understanding and collaboration in the future.
